We, Get My Claim by Match Me Legal Ltd, are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our Prospects (potential Clients) and our Clients; this document outlines our practices regarding your personal information.

The data we collect

To process your inquiry, we need your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and postal address. Depending on the nature of the service you are inquiring about, we may require further information to support your claim(s), such as your National Insurance number. After receiving your data, we will attempt to contact you using the provided methods. If you choose not to provide the necessary personal details, we may be unable to offer some or all of our services to you.

Data retention

We will retain your contact information for a maximum of three years following an enquiry. Throughout this period, we may reach out to you using the contact details you have supplied to offer our services related to your initial enquiry. Communication methods may include:

  • Telephone, text message (SMS), messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, email; and

  • Mail.

Data retention post-contract

Following the conclusion of our agreement, your personal data will be retained for up to seven years. However, if you are currently bound by an Agreement with us, you cannot opt out of postal communications.
