We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We use bank-level encryption and FCA-regulated Open Banking technology.

5. Digital signatures

By providing your digital signature, you authorise us to act on your behalf and introduce you to panel solicitors. Your signature will be used for necessary claim documentation.

6. Limitation of liability

Get My Claim acts as an introducer to panel solicitors. The legal services are provided by independent law firms. We are not liable for the outcome of claims.
